User is reporting sync issues with Contacts and Calendar. Phone is an LG G2 fully updated along with Exchange 2010 fully updated.
1. They report any changes to their Calendar they make on the phone are never synced to Exchange.
2. If I understand them right if they add a new Contact on the phone then they cannot assign it to a Folder and it ends up in the root "Contacts" folder. User has folders for 'Clients', "personal', etc setup in Outlook. They also report any contacts in other folders of Outlook, 'Clients', 'Personal' do not sync at all to the phone.
I'm pretty sure #2 is just the way it is when it comes to putting a contact in a folder as I'm not aware of any way to do that on my phone either however the user had the same phone as me before and swears in the past they could set what Folder the new Contact should end up in.
