second mailbox stops send or receive email after two weeks

One of our user is using two mailboxes that works fine for several weeks then suddently wont work anymore. The user profile has been recreated and it worked ok for a few weeks again...

Full access and send as permission have been given on Exchange. We do not know what this could come from
