I just changed our ISP IP address from earthlink to time warner cable. I updated our firewall for the changes and was able to connect to the internet. Email was working fine before the change. I updated the MX and SPF records from network solutions for the time warner IP address. The internet has been updated. Mail can be sent internally but no sent or received from external. The error message I receive when I try to send an email. "You do not have permissions to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator. #5.7.1' recipient rejected 5.7.1 (R1)." External does not come in. This is exchange server 2003. What am I missing? I think it has something to do with DNS.
