I am having a small issue with e-mail being rejected by craigslist.org. Doing some research, this appears to have happened to others, but with comcast.com or verizon.com. I went to craigslist.org and found two FAQ's related to rejected e-mail due to generic IP address or having mismatched dns records.
I have been to our dns registry site and verified our dns and MX records. I verified our ISP no longer has any PTR records maintained for our domain, and had the reporting authority transferred to our dns registry site. I used Microsoft's Remote Connectivity Analyzer and MXtoolbox to perform SMTP checks on our mail server and everything comes back fine. I worked with our dns registry site to make sure we had a valid and working SPF record.
