Duplicate emails being delivered to two seperate Inboxes

Good morning Spiceheads,

Not to long ago, I posted a question in regards to setting up multiple email domains on a single Exchange server. Well I thought I had found a solution to my client's issue of receiving and sending emails from two different email domains. I have one account setup as an Exchange account and I added a secondary email address as a pop account. Now when you send or receive email to the pop account or the Exchange account both Inboxes receive the same emails, and when you reply from the pop account. The reply from email is the Exchange account email address. These two email domains belong to one owner but are for two separate companies. So when they reply from the pop account, it can't show the Exchange account email as the from email. I am running Exchange 2010 on a SBS 2011 Standard.

If anyone has ran across this issue, please guide me in the correct direction.
