I have a user that is missing emails from her best friend (so she obviously asks me about it 5 times a day because its so important). Incoming email account is a yahoo email address. I can receive emails from this person on my personal email address (separate domain), I have verified that this sender is listed on the safelist in the SPAM filter module on the Untangle firewall and that when the messages come in Untangle recognizes them as a safe address and passes them along. Exchange never sees them. I've run the Message Tracking Tool and there is absolutely nothing coming in from the yahoo email address since July 8, 2014. Prior to that date, the emails were coming in regularly.
I'm lost here...Any thoughts?
