Hello,
I was trying to migrate the Exchange 2007 off of a SBS 2008 server over to a new Exchange 2013 server. I didn't do the coexistence method because I thought we were small enough to move everything in one night. I have Exchange 2013 installed, and AD ready.
The move went fine, but we could never get mail to flow correctly. At some point we decided the old Exchange 2007 install must be interfering somehow, so we uninstalled it. A few minutes after doing that we couldn't get into the Exchange Administrative Center, Management Shell, etc on the 2013 box. We were hosed. My colleague suggesting re-installing 2013, but we've ran into problems there as well. My only thought is to take the entire Exchange directory which should be ok, and build a new Exchange 2013 VM and see if I can attach that?
Does that seem feasible? I'm a jack of all...
