Hi,
We have Exchange 2010 running on Win Server 2008 R2 which previously hosted one domain with OWA, autodiscover and ActiveSync running correctly. AD is also part of the infrastructure and has been setup for the domain abc.local.
I recently added a second domain, xyz.co.uk, to Exchange under the accepted domains section in Exchange management console. After configuring the DNS with the following records:
- mail.xyz.co.uk
- autodiscover.xyz.co.uk
and creating the MX records I am able to send mail to and from the email address name@xyz.co.uk with a computer using Outlook 2010 on premise.
My problem is that I am not able to connect Outlook on a computer located externally. The Remote Connectivity Analyzer states the following:
Attempting to test potential Autodiscover URL https://autodiscover.xyz.co.uk:443/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xmlTesting...
