I have a user who had a new "Junk" folder created automagically by exchange 2007 or outlook 2010. All e-mails sent to him from users in the GAL go to that folder automatically. If he moves them from that folder into another one, the messages will move back into the new junk folder within 2 minutes. We have tried deleting the folder through the Outlook 2010 client, and it comes back. We used the OUTlook OWA client to delete the folder and it came back. We have tried going in through the exchange management console and cannot do anything to get rid of the folder. The regular junk mail folder for spam is still in place and working properly.
