Outlook OST Password security to prevent access to old emails.

Hi everyone,

My company allows users to setup emails ( MS Exchange server) on their personal laptops/home PCs.

We are looking for a way secure the OST file or outlook profile so that noone can access historical data that is already downloaded on the OST file.
