First i can not stand CC's.
Ok now that that is out of the way my problem is the someone has sent in a ticket via email to my helpdesk SW. Unfortunately something has it set that when it is CC'd it keeps that in the Automatic notifications. So no i am in a loop and getting 2 emails every 5 mins.
Is there a way in exchange 2007 (sbs 2008) to prevent the mailbox helpdesk@company.com from receiving emails that it was a CC on?
