I have a user that their mailbox on the server shows it has 1235 items, but in outlook she only has about 100 between email, sent, personal folders, etc. How do I get the rest of those messages to show up? They look like they are still on the server, but I can't get them to her outlook client. She only has messages in there from about a month ago. Thanks for the help.
