Dmarc policy problem with forwarded emails to private user account(comcast,yahoo

Hello, I have an exchange 2013 server and I got an email rejection from comcast and other cloud email hosts saying

westchester.pa.mail.comcast.net gave this error:

LjQG1o00K0YnGZu0RjQHiw Message rejected due to DMARC. Please see http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#DM000001

when I go to this link I get this

DM000001

containing the code DM000001. What does this mean?

This message has been rejected by the Comcast mail servers due to the

sending domain's published DMARC policy. The sending domain has

published a DMARC reject policy and this message has not passed either
