Does anyone know how to apply granular permissions to Exchange 2013 Resource Mailboxes? Let me explain:
I have some room calendars defined. Everyone on the staff can read the calendars. Anyone on the staff can invite a room to their meeting, and the calendars will automatically accept bookings that don't conflict. So people can book rooms, cancel rooms, change bookings. This all works properly.
We have set up the rooms to allow recurring bookings, and also to limit future bookings to less than 30 days. This works as expected; I can book a room every Tuesday for up to a month in advance. If I try and book every Tuesday for a year, the booking is declined.
Our receptionists have edit permission to the room calendars. They can open the calendar for a room, and manually add or change a booking. This is also all working as expected.
