Hello, I have about 6 users who are expecting emails from an external company but they never arrive. I have used powershell to check the users message logs and can't see this external contact. We don't have any 3rd party spam filters, the external company get no bounce back and are sure it's left their domain. Is there anything in exchange I can check, where would you start with troubleshooting something like this? They receive emails ok from other external companies fine. Thank you
