Exchange 2010 Exchange Management Console and Shell Very Slow

I have 2 Exchange Servers

• Both servers have the CAS, HUB and Mailbox Server roles
• Both servers are physical boxes Intel Xeon 2 Procs 96 GB of RAM
• Both have Exchange 2010 SP3 Roll-up 5Version 14.3 (Build 123.4)

I havenoticedthis week that the EMC and EMS are very slow on the Exchange servers or from a Windows 7 client. When I go to a new section of the EMC it constantly saysRefreshinProgress. When clicking on a mailbox it takes a long time to populate the user's information.

Both the EMC and EMS previously was very fast. Nothing has changed in theenvironment.

I have tried the solution in the following article but this has not worked.

There seems to be no Exchange performance issue only on the EMC and EMS.

Not sure what to do next.
