Hi there I am having a problem getting activesync to work ever since I installed exchange 2007. I have a co-existence with exchange 2003 currently, so before I moved all of the mailboxes over to exchange 2007, I wanted to make sure everything was functioning properly. So I can access OWA internally, as well as externally just fine for both mail servers, Outlook works fine for the new mail server for sending and receiving both internal and external mail.
The only thing that is not working is activesync externally. The odd thing is that it will work internally with ssl enabled, even though i've turned ssl off for testing. However is I turn ssl off on my iphone, it doesn't work. I'm not sure why this is because I have tried the online connectivity utility, but it gives me an error for both servers.
Why would I be receiving activesync errors...
