For some reason sorting calendars on exchange is a lot more complex than it really should be and although I can do the majority of what I need to do via PowerShell I have a problem I cannot get to work.
All I want to do is enable all users on my exchange to be able to view anyone else's calendar details, so it shows Subject, Location and Body as opposed to just Free/Busy. Basically I think I just want tochange the default for all usersto Reviewer permissions however cannot get it to work. I have tried changing the default policy asshown below, checked all users had picked up this as the default sharing policy, left it a few days but didn't work:
I am assuming because this wasn't set up when the users were set up initially they haven't picked it up automatically so hoping it will work with any new users I create (hopefully...
