Hello Everyone,
Just a quick question. We have some users that no longer work for us and we need to delete them to free up some Exchange licence's for new users ect.
When thinking, i would asume the best way of doing it is to archive the users emails into a .PST and store that on our server. Then once completed delete the user account.
It might be that this works but i was woundering if there was a quicker more automated way of doing it or some software out there that will automaticlly do it.
Also do you think the suggestion of archiving the mailbox before deleting would work?
