I have a weird problem. OK, I have many, but I'm only writing about one. One of my customers has an Exchange server, and has been having a problem receiving email from one yahoo e-mail address. The client is getting somewhat upset, because this never happened before I came on board. The user was able to e-mail her work address from her yahoo address, but not anymore, as of about a month ago. She started out being unable to e-mail herself. This grew into not being able to e-mail any of her regular contacts within the company. This has since grown again a much more widespread problem of being unable to receive e-mails from others outside of the domain who use a yahoo account, although it does not reject all yahoo addresses: e.g., I was able to establish a yahoo account and e-mail the users who were having this problem.
Users can e-mail out to yahoo addresses without any problems.
I have whitelisted all of the yahoo addresses that need to communicate within the organization. We have a SonicWall e-mail appliance that acts as a filter, but it's not seeing anything from these addresses when the e-mail addresses fail.

Thoughts? Is this my problem, or something outside of my domain? I want to fix it, but I'm at a loss...
