Backstory: CEO wants a customer list that our Sales Team has that is an Outlook Contact Group. The Outlook Contact Group is shared amongst 3 people. I shared the group with him, but he doesn't want it that way. He wants it on our Exchange server as our In House Distribution groups. The only way I see that this can happen is to go in an create a Mail contact for each one, then add them to the Distribution Group. Which sounds pretty time consuming for about 3500 contacts.
Is there anyway to get an Outlook 2010 Contact Group (with outside emails) on Exchange 2010 as a Distribution List...pretty much a Mailing list that he would like Marketing, Support Teams, etc be able to access and send out a quick email to all Customer Contacts?
