Multiple users have been receiving the following error:
"The Microsoft Exchange Administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook"
No change has been made recently, and the error remains even after restarting Outlook. We are running Exchange 2010 and most people are on Outlook 2013, with a few on 2010.
I've been trying to get to the bottom of this with no luck. There are many reports of this problem out there, but after looking at many none of the solutions work for us or don't apply. Some common fixes that I've already looked into or tried:
-Many say this happens when you move public folders, but that hasn't been done.
-I've re-installed outlook.
-I've deleted the SRS and OST file for outlook.
-Changed several settings in Outlook such as encryption, cache mode, and NTLM authentication.
