This is my first post in this forum.
We have two separate Dell 64 bit Windows 7 PC's. eachrunning a 64 bit version of Office 2010 in a work group setting. Neither of them are able to validate certain gmail email addresses nor can they print. The email is on a hosted offsite exchange server running windows 2008 r2 exchange 2010.
All the software updates, hotfixes and patches have been installed as well as any java updates. We initially "repaired" the MS Office but that did not work. Then we also completely uninstalled and re-installed the complete MS Office Suite only to have the same problems reoccur.
When putting in the email address and pressing check address, the system never recognizes the address as valid despite it being very generic.
When printing the email (all drivers are current and correct), the email looks like it sends...
