How to change the SMTP HELO Response? in Exchange 2010

I need to change the domain name that my Exchange 2010 SMTP service sends in response to the SMTP HELO command. E.g.:

Received: from EXCHANGE2010SVR.CascioMusicCompany.local

Maybe this is a better way to write this:

Is there any way to change the EHLO response of my exchange 2010 server I'd like the forward and reverse DNS entries to match, and right now my exchange box responds as exchange.domain.local instead of mail.domain.com
