We have an email account that emails lab results to clients. If it emails a client and for whatever reason gets a warning the email was undelivered, the people who have this mailbox added to their Outlook client don't receive the warning so they don't know to verify information and send again.
What setting can I change so the "undeliverable" warnings get forwarded as well?
If it's not a setting, per se, why would the warnings not be forwarded?
