I have an Exchange online shared mailbox that took a crap on me this morning - has been going smooth for weeks and then blam! it's not responding from any direction i try to get at it.
Sending an e-mail to the box kicks back the following (Which is the best error I've been able to work from.):
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is quarantined. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

Been troubleshooting this for hours - including MS engineers. I've had to setup a seperate account and route mail to it for the time being. This box gets about 150 mails a day.
