We have a user that sent out an email to several other users and then wanted to recall it. We were able to delete the emails through my admin access, but she did not receive recall failure messages until a couple days later. Those emails may or may not have failed to be recalled because I did in fact open them, but I was more curious about the reason for the delay in the recall failure emails? The people that she is sending these emails to are part of the same exchange server so I don't really understand any form of delay. Just wondering if anyone has any insight into this at all.
