Hi, I'm moving some users from Windows XP to Windows 7. They have MS Outlook 2007 and on Windows 7, they'll be using Outlook 2010.
The issue is that I've been unable to move a feature over. When you make a new message and you want to type in a name for someone, say one letter or two letters, a box of autofill options come up for you- names that have already been typed before. Autocomplete.
I've been unable to move this autocomplete list to the new computer. I have successfully moved it before... or so I thought. I move the NK2 files to the appropriate spot. The autocomplete comes up, but a while later, the autocomplete goes away and the nk2 file becomes a .old file.
Has anyone experienced this situation?
