Email signatures Outlook 2010 domain environment

I need to roll out Corporate signatures to everyone's email in outlook 2010 but without doing it manually I can't work out how to?  I know you can add rules on the hub transport connector but this doesn't allow username variables so its not going to work for me.

any ideas??
