empty deleted items through powershell?

Hello All,

Just discovered that I cannot use retention policies with Office Home and Business 2010. So I'm officially screwed and looking for alternatives. Is there a powershell command that can empty the deleted items folder of a user or users? Not "Recovered Deleted Items".
