I have been having a problem with several users where they are experiencing different issues relating to scheduling meetings. What I mean by that is some of my users when they schedule a meeting, their meeting shows correctly in their calendar and the resource calendar, but one of the recipients shows the meeting starting 30 - 60 min later, other times their outlook and recipients times are correct, but the resource is incorrect.
At first I thought it was a daylight savings issue, so I ran the utility Microsoft has on all of my clients systems, and also ran the Utility they put out for my Exchange 2003 server, but that didn't seem to help. To me it doesn't seem like a client-side problem, since all systems are on the correct time zone, and since the clock settings are locked out, I know those are unchanged.
And since it doesn't happen to everyone, nor happen all of the time for the users who have been effected by this, not sure what could be causing it. I made sure there was nothing wrong with the, windows, or BIOS clock on my exchange server, which were both fine. Looking at the logs and error reports for the meetings that are showing up differently, the logs do not show any discrepancies in times, so not sure what else this would be?
To me this seemed like an easy case of daylight saving issues, but that was not correct.
So any help or advise anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
