User cannot connect through Outlook Anywhere

I have a single user who cannot connect through Outlook Anywhere.  She had been able to connect in the past and now it has suddenly stopped working.  I created a new profile for her account on a new laptop and she still cannot connect so it is not an issue with her Outlook profile or the laptop.  All of our other 100+ employees connect just fine.

We are on Exchange 2010 SP3 and Windows 7 SP1

Suggestions?
