Exchange 2003 Script

Is there a way to export a list of users who have mailbox rights to a particular mailbox for Exchange 2003. I know it's possible in Powershell for 2007+.  We have a bunch of disabled users that we need to get a list of who has mailbox access too, I'd prefer not to have to go through each one in AD to get that info?
