I have a user who is not receiving mails from a particular company. It looks like this is from some specific application used to send emails to us. I can track the mail on our cloud service and see that it gets delivered through there. When I track the email on exchange 2010 I see the email but the recipient field is blank.
I track the email using the senders address and it shows a blank recipient
If I track this email using the recipients address it is not there and obviously the user is not receiving this email
this happened once before and it was forgotten about but its becoming an issue now
Any ideas?
