Exchange stripping the recipient address...

So I have one of our sales guys who is supposed to be receiving an email with a PO attached from a customer.  The customer is using Epicor to send it.  The email hits our 3rd party provided SPAM filter and is accepted and at which time in the report provided by the 3rd party SPAM filter provider I see the recipients email address so everything all well and good there.  When the email gets to our Exchange 2007 server though something funky is happening.

First off my sales guy never receives it at all which is problem one but on further investigation via Message Tracking in Exchange it appears as though the email has no recipient address.  Weird I know right?  So somewhere something clearly is screwy.  The email shows as coming from the proper sender.  Also if this sender sends an email NOT through the Epicor program my sales guy receives it just fine.

Has anyone ever seen this before or even has a remote clue where I should start looking for answers?  I have been Google searching it a bit and have come up with nothing.  Thanks in advance for any help.  Also if there is any further information needed to help answer this please let me know.
