We have several Distribution Groups (DG) that we have had for a long time. We have two users (we know of) that are unable to view these DG in the Outlook address book while looking at the Global Address List. The users are long time employees and are in appropriate OU's with others that are still able to view the DG. Brand new employees are able to view the DG properly. This happens for the two users when they go to different workstations or get new pcs as well.
I have searched Google extensively trying to find a solution with little success. Several suggestions consisted of disabling cache and / or manually downloading the address book in Outlook.
