Hi,
We have created a new mailbox for a department of about 50 users to access but we found that when all of these users were granted permissions and had the mailbox added to Outlook only some of them could access it. Is there a limit in Exchange that controls this and can it be modified? I have looked online but I cannot find any solutions for this issue.
