I am in the process of moving a client of mine over to Exchange from a hosted POP provider. Universally, all of the .PST's that are large (5 + Gigs) have given me some sort of problem. I move a 19 Gig .PST today and ran into a problem that I solved 2x times previously by creating a new Outlook profile. (We are not using Exchange to send/receive mail yet. We are still using POP)The problem is as follows:
When someone sends him an email, he will receive it. When he double clicks the email to open it, the "FROM" person is the person who sent him the email, and the "TO" person is himself. So these are backwards.
Above the sent button, it says "This message has not been sent."
"This message will be sent via the POP account."
So far, I have created 2 new Outlook profiles, repaired Office, Uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
