What I'm wanting to do is this on an Exchange server:
Create a distribution group so when someone from Outside our company emails xxxxx.companyname.org, it will then distribute that email to a list of internal employees.
I've tried setting up just a normal distribution group, but the email never gets sent to anyone on the list. I've created a mailbox and enabled forwarding to that distribution group, still nothing. I've also tried just setting up an email account and creating a rule for anything that comes in to forward to the people listed, only works when I have that account open in outlook, I want this to happen with no client being open.
Any ideas, am I missing the obvious somewhere?
