Greetings friends,
The issue I am having is with OWA features. A lot of our users rely on the Documents Tab to access network shares from home and such. Recently, for no apparent reason these tabs have all disappeared for some of them. I am still able to see the documents tab and folders at my PC, but if I goto one of theirs and try to get onto my email I too am limited in what I see. Nothing has changed as far as policy/IIS goes, and it seems to be affecting people in no particular order (though once its affected them, it doesn't ever return). Anyone have any idea as to what might cause this?
