Hi,
I've had a strange problem where certain new users couldn't access their mailbox using their phones. After a while of looking I managed to pin it down to being every user created by our systems manager. He has always insisted on creating users through the Management shell rather than the wizard.
We have tested it and it is only users he creates through the shell that do not work, but as far as i can see the account has the same permissions and mailbox settings. Any idea what this could be? I could recreate the mailbox and move all the items but that will be a last resort as i have around 20+ mailboxes to do.
