Recently upgraded a colleague's phone up to an iPhone 7. We made the mistake of logging in with her personal apple ID and it downloaded all of her personal contacts. We reset the phone, created a new ID, and logged in to exchange. However, when her contacts synced her personal contacts were downloaded too.
When investigating, the personal contacts were no where to be found in her address book. I was able to locate them when I went in to contacts. I was able to duplicate the issue within my own email, but I am trying to figure out where they are being stored. We have no desire to go through her contacts list and delete them one by one as we have a lot of company emails and she has a lot of personal contacts.
There must be somewhere else they are being stored separately/in a different folder since they don't show in the address book. But I...
