I have just purchased some AIP P1 licenses. If I create a rule in EAC on 365 to encrypt all emails sent from me to any external users then this works and asks the recipient to read the secure message by signing in or requesting a one time pass code. If I remove that rule and set it within the Outlook client by going to 'Options/Permission/Encrypt' then the end users does not get the 'Read The Message' link. They only receive the rpmsg attachment and then have no way of opening the message.
Any ideas why this is happening
