Originally this account was setup as a "room" mailbox type and still is. The purpose behind that I was told is for calendar reasons. I replaced the computer and set it up with Office 365 G3 license with the same account but the email portion isn't working. Any emails are going straight to the deleted items box. There are no rules, auto archive/delete is not enabled and not setup on any mobile devices. When I look in the exchange global admin account I do not see a mailbox listed under recipient mailboxes. I find it under resources as a "room" mailbox. I'm not looking to convert the type from room to shared or user if I can keep from it. I am just hoping there is a setting I'm not coming across that needs to be adjusted to keep emails from being automatically deleted. Their calendar is still operational as its always been.
