Trying to create a search folder in a shared mailbox on Outlook 2013 with Exchange 2016 server. When the user clicks on the shared mailbox search folder, it goes to create a new one, and the 'Search mail in' only has the user's mailbox with nothing else in the drop-down menu.
I have tried it as Outlook auto-adding the mailbox from being a delegate, and manually opening another mailbox in account settings.
User swears it was there before.
