I have a "Remote User" who is still on XP and now that we are on Exch Serv 2010, he reports that OWA looks weird and is showing weird characters and will not allow him to open any emails etc. It seems that it authenticates, and I know OWA is working fine and I opened his account from my machine without issue, so I am wondering if OWA has some type of limitation on XP?. I haven't seen the actual issue yet as he hasn't had time for me to connect.
Thoughts?
