Exchange 2010 OWA on multiple sites

I have two Exchange 2010 server on two different sites (The main office in Kent and another office in Cambridge). Both servers hold the mailbox, client access and hub transport roles.

The OWA A record points to the Kent server. I can access any mailbox hosted in Kent using OWA but if I try to access any of the mailboxes in Cambridge I get an error message that says.

A server configuration change is temporarily preventing access to your account.

I presume is that the client access server is on a different site from the mailbox server. Is there a way to do a redirect or would I have to connect the Cambridge server strait to the Internet and create a new A record?
