Exchange 2016 An IIS directory entry couldn't be created.

Greetings,

What I have is a newish install of Exchange 2016 and am having the error “An IIS directory entry couldn't be created. The error message is Access is denied. HResult = -2147024891” I have searched the internet and found that the Exchange Trusted Subsystem should have local administrator rights on the machine in question “ex02”

I have checked the permissions on server ex02 and everything looks the way it should, I have checked, in ADUC, the Microsoft Exchange Security-Exchange Trusted Subsystem has ex02 as a member and Exchange Trusted Subsystem is a member of the domain Administrators group.The error below shows more info.What else can be causing this.

Below is the error for get-ecpvirtualdirectoy, but it gets the same error on all of the virtual directories on ex02.
