Good morning, SW Community.
I have a domain user that is disabled and removed from all groups except Domain Users, but receives mail via a distribution group they used to be a member of. (screenshot below) Any time that specific distribution group is hit with an e-mail, her inbox receives mail. I have gone into the distribution group itself and that user's account is not listed there. Local Outlook groups are not the cause of this, either, as I have sent mail from my client to the distribution group directly by manually hitting the Global Address List.
Hiding her from Exchange Address Lists isn't an acceptable solution here because the mailbox is still monitored for business purposes.
