Exchange 2010 / Outlook 2010 Free/Busy not working, but good in OWA

I have an Exchange 2010 / Outlook 2010 free busy issue. I get "no information" back for my Exchange 2010 users ( shows cross-hatched ), when I try to busy search my Exchange 2010 users, that do have accepted appointments. On Windows 2008 R2 server.

I see a message above the TO Button that says :
"MailTips could not be retrieved"

and the

Suggested Times: says "Suggestions cannot be provided because free/busy data could not be retrieved"

I can get free/busy information FINE with OWA 2010

I have the default certificate on IIS as when it was first installed, I can go to
https://MyExchangeServerIPAddressORHostName and I see the II7 web page fine.

I have created autodiscover.MyExchangeHostName in my DNS server
I can CONTROL - TEST E-MAIL Autoconfiguration and it asks for credentials and it works fine.

I also did this as suggested in another post :

If autodiscovery is working then I'm still thinking the EWS folder is messed up and we may want to reset it. This would need to be done after hours as well as the disruption to that folder could have consequences during business hours plus it needs to have an IIS reset once complete.

The process is simple. Open the Exchange management console (talking 2010 here) and expand "Server Configuration" and click on "Client Access". Now on the far right under the Actions pane click on "Reset Virtual Directory...". In the wizard click the "Browse" button and choose the EWS folder. Click "OK" and then "Next" through the wizard. When complete reset the IIS service and test again. Used "iisreset" at the Exchange Power Shell.

I have duplicated this issue when errors were displayed in the attached Outlook 2010 troubleshooting log : 20131214102034917-fb.log

Is this an EWS issue ?

I have spent hours in Google, and have found many others with this same issue and have tried many of the suggested troubleshooting and solutions to no avail.

Thanks for any assistance...
